This Friday is “Finish Strong Fun Day!” There will be activities planned for grades K-6 that afternoon, while 7-12 will be rewarded for their hard work that morning. We have inflatable games and free ice cream, courtesy of the American Dairy Assoc., along with local race car driver, Dan Aberle, who will be stopping by with his race car. Many other activities will fill the afternoon. We are proud of our students and continue to encourage them to “Finish Strong!!”
Reminder-Athletic Awards Night will be held this Wednesday, April 12th at HPHS in Hope at 6:30pm. This is for athletes in grades 7-12 and their parents. Refreshments will be served after.

Cookies for Kids-On Thursday, May 6th, the 5th grade class will again be selling chocolate chip & sugar cookies for $1.00 each! Proceeds will go to the Ronald McDonald House. They also continue to collect pop tabs and eye glasses for the Lions "Recycle for Sight" program. The class is working hard and appreciates your support!

We want your pandemic story! We would probably all like to forget about this crazy time in our life...but as we have told our students, we are "living in history" that they will be sharing with their future kids and grandkids. So we are working with Pam Montag & the Steele County Museum, creating a display about the Coronavirus pandemic, putting together a collection of items, pictures, and written memories of the pandemic. Please join us in sharing your "Pandemic Story." You may print the form at the link below...type or handwrite your story of how the pandemic has affected you! Our pandemic photo display board (pictured here) will be traveling around Steele County and paper copies will also be available with it. Currently, this board is in the Finley-Sharon School lobby.
Our plan is to collect the responses and display them in a binder to share with people for years to come. Please email, mail, or drop off your story to Pam Montag when it is convenient for you. Thank you for helping us record this crazy time that we have been living in!
