Join us Thurs., Nov. 16th for Patriot Spirit Day! Whether you are at the FargoDome, at school, or at work, wear your Red, White, & Blue to show your Patriot pride, as we cheer on the Volleyball team at the State Tournament in Fargo. They will play Trenton at 1:00pm that day. We'd love to see a photo...so be sure to tag the @finleysharonschool, @may-portcgschooldistrict and use the hashtag #statevbpatriotpride!
Congratulations to our volleyball team for qualifying to play in the state tournament! The Patriots will play Trenton in the first round on Thursday, November 16th at 1:00pm. Students who are excused by a parent (phone call, email, or text) will receive an excused absence. Everyone is encouraged to come and cheer on the girls! We are hosting a Fan Bus and info is here; the fee is $5.00. Students can sign up & pay in the office. Students attending will also need money for food and admission. We will follow the normal school schedule and students remaining in school will get to watch all the action on television.

It's Throwback Thursday! With the Patriots playing Thompson in the Region 2 Volleyball Championship tonight in Larimore, let's look back at the 2015 FSHP Varsity VB team that were the Region 2 Champs and went on to State in Minot. They finished the State Tourney as the Consolation Champs and gave us all the fun & excitement that every sports fan needs to experience! Come out and CHEER on the Patriots tonight!
There will be a Patriot Volleyball Autograph Session tomorrow morning (11/9) in our school lobby from 8:00am until about 8:25am, featuring our Finley-Sharon players- Kiaza Carlson and Kylie Kroeplin! Let's wish them luck, as they will be playing in the regional championship game tomorrow night! All are welcome!
Congratulations to Macie Linster! In the 2023 Finley Legion Auxiliary Poppy poster contest, Macie's poster was a local winner here at Finley-Sharon. It was sent on to the state contest, and it received first place! It then was sent on to the Legion Auxiliary National Poppy Poster Contest...and won first place in the Grades 4-6 Division!
