- Here are results for the Steele County Spelling Contest-1st place: Charlie Mewes, Runner Up: Kiaza Carlson! Both students will go on to Bismarck to compete at the State Spelling Bee on March 21st!
- Today is “Random Act of Kindness Day.” Keep that in mind as you go about your day…do something nice for someone, and maybe someone will do something nice for you!
- Good luck to Dusty M., Damien E., Sophia C., Kiyana B., and Tim Y. who will competing at the Speech Meet at Midkota on Saturday.
- Thursday--We have a home boys basketball game here in Finley tonight when the Patriots take on the Carrington Cardinals, starting at 5:30pm. Close Up will be serving food and there will be popcorn, sponsored by Finley Motors & Finley Motorsports! Come cheer on the boys!
- Just a reminder that the GBB team will begin Regional Tournament play on Mon., Feb. 21st at the Betty Engelstad Arena in Grand Forks. The Patriots will play at 7:30pm. Their opponent will be the winner of the Feb. 18th Park River vs DVE play-in game. Although we do not have school that day, come out to the Betty on Monday night to support the girls!
