Announcements for Everyone:
- The Shrine Circus will be coming to Grand Forks next weekend to the Ralph Engelstad Arena on Friday, Sept. 10th, Saturday, Sept. 11th, & Sunday, Sept. 12th. Area businesses have sponsored tickets for the event and tickets have been sent with K-6 students. We have extras, so any students or pre-schoolers wanting a ticket may stop in the school office! If you go, be sure to tell the business who sponsored your ticket “Thanks!”
- School Picture Day is Tues., Sept. 7th, starting at 9:30am. Remember your order packets! Here is the photo schedule…

- The “Wildlife Explorers” 4-H club will be starting up again on Sunday, Sept. 12th at 4:00pm, meeting in the Finley Lutheran Church basement. The new year starts on Sept. 1st, so parents, please help get your 4-H’er signed up online. If you have questions, contact Becky Serr.
- All Finley-Sharon students are encouraged to participate in a logo design contest for Finley's 125th Celebration in June of 2022. The logo should be descriptive, visually appealing, and must include "Finley" and "125" in the design. The deadline to enter is Dec. 31, 2021, with the winner announced in January 2022. The Finley Days Committee can't wait to see what the students come up with! Good luck!
- There are Spartan items on the table in the Lobby. You are welcome to take whatever you would like from it…you have until the end of the day!
Announcements for Elementary:
- Afterschool Club will begin on Tues., Sept. 7th. Registration forms have been sent home with students.
Announcements for High School:
- Students in grades 7-12 that have turned in their Acceptable Use Policy may bring their Chromebook home. This is the sheet that is one the back page of the Parent-Student Handbook. If you haven’t turned in your sheet, do so asap! There are just a few of you left who need to turn these in. Check the list on the office window.
